CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Authorities say a Cheyenne man was arrested after attacking police officers and a city bus driver.

30-year-old Daniel Presley was screaming about al-Qaida terrorists in the city when he was subdued by police Wednesday and he repeated those claims in court on Friday.
Presley's attorney says she plans to file a motion to have Presley mentally evaluated.

Court documents say Presley was escorted off a city bus after the driver overheard him say he was going to kill someone.

Presley allegedly took the keys from the ignition of the bus and walked away with a knife in his other hand.

The documents say Presley cut a pursuing bus driver's jacket with the knife, slashed several bus tires and later bit and kicked police officers after he had been detained.
