Major Coffee Chain Opens New Store in Cheyenne

After five months of construction, Starbucks has opened its new Cheyenne store at 5930 Yellowstone Road.

According to a Starbucks spokesperson, the store will employ about 40 people.

"We're proud to be a part of Cheyenne and look forward to acting as a gathering place for the community," the spokesperson said.

The Starbucks is the only one in the capital city with a drive-thru, which has been filled with a steady stream of cars since the store officially opened on August 29.

Starbucks says the new location won't affect their store inside the nearby Albertson's.
