The Wyoming House of Representatives Monday morning voted 34-25 not to concur with Senate changes on a bill to allow a lottery in Wyoming. Following the vote, House Speaker Tom Lubnau  appointed a conference committee to try to work out an agreement between the two versions of the bill. The version of the bill passed by the house called for the proceeds of the bill to go to local governments around Wyoming, while the senate version says money raised by a lottery would go to the state's school system.
