Near Byers, Colorado, a ghost town is for sale and just in time for Christmas. The town has been listed on Craigslist for $350,000 and comes complete with a gas station, shooting range, a small house, a motel and an RV Park to boot!

The owner, James Johnson, placed the town of Cabin Creek for sale to help fund a retirement plan for him and his wife.

At one time, the former owners of the town hosted the best fried chicken around.
