Laramie County School District #1 Superintendent Mark Stock says the most recent ACT test scores for district students are showing increases in every school and district wide.

Stock says that was true for everything except math scores, which showed little change from last year. Stock says English, reading and composite scores were up across the board. Stock says overall scores ''showed a lot of growth". He added ''we're really proud and pleased that we're getting kids prepared for college and their careers".

Stock says the district has worked hard to incorporate academic skills that are helpful to scoring well on the ACT test into it's curriculum, and says the latest scores indicate that strategy is paying off.
