The Laramie County Community College Bond question passed by a 60 to 40 margin in Tuesdays election. LCCC President Joe Schaffer says he is very appreciative of the support from the Laramie County voters.

Schaffer says the $25 million dollars raised through the bond issue is only part of the $47 million needed to build a flex-tech building and a new student center. Schaffer says the college will now ask the legislature for the additional $22 million.

Laramie County Clerk Debbye Lathrop says voter turnout for Tuesday's election was just under 24-percent.
