LANDER — A Lander pharmacist accused of stealing thousands of dollars' worth of prescription drugs has reached a plea deal.

Andrew Paxson, 33, has agreed to plead guilty to one felony count of larceny and one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance. As part of the deal, he will receive a deferred prosecution and five years of probation.  Paxson is accused of taking nearly $5,000 worth of narcotics, including morphine sulfate and dextroamphetamine, while he was a pharmacist at the Lander Shopko.
