Cheyenne Police Chief  Bryan Kozak wants people to know that a proposal for sixth penny funding to upgrade the county's radio communication system will be a separate item from a proposal to build a new public safety building.

Kozak says there are only enough parts on hand to keep the current system running for three or four more years. voters will decide the fate of the proposed sixth penny projects on primary election day, which is august 21.
