Today,at 7:07AM MST  in our "Kids-At-Risk" series, host Dave Chaffin along with child advocates John Frentheway and Marvin Nash will take a look at the issue of sex education in our public schools. The Utah legislature recently passed a bill that would prohibit it in their public schools, but Governor Gary Herbert may veto it. Wyoming has no law requiring sex ed in schools and has a lower than averageteen pregnancy rate. Should sex, pregnancy prevention and contraception really be an issue for public education?
