Keep Casper Smoke Free says it will challenge nearly 100 of the 685 smoking ban referendum signatures that were rejected during an official count in July. A Fremont County judge says a teen accused in a double slaying in Hudson in 2011 shows an adequate ability to face his charges. Doug Randall has the details.
