People driving along the Beartooth Highway along the Montana-Wyoming state line this summer will be asked to stop and take a survey. Doug Randall reports. Raising Wyoming's gasoline tax as well as increasing vehicle registration fees and driver's license fees were among the proposals reviewed by the Wyoming Legislature's Joint Revenue, and  Transportation, Highways and Military Affairs Interim Committees, during a joint meeting in Cheyenne Tuesday.
