I-80 Closed Between Laramie & Rock Springs

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) has closed I-80 between Laramie and Rock Springs due to multiple wrecks, poor visibility, blowing snow and slick roads in the Arlington/Elk Mountain area.

WYDOT Spokesman Ross Doman says the main problem is the wind. He says they plan to reopen the road as soon as it lets up.
