WASHINGTON (AP) — Americans trying to sign up for health insurance under the new law are experiencing more problems.

The online enrollment system was down again early today for upgrades. And consumers in different parts of the country reported delays Monday, as well as problems setting up security questions for their accounts.

Tech experts have been called in several times to fix glitches since healthcare.gov's debut a week ago.

But insurers say although only a trickle of customers got through initially on the website, enrollments are starting to come in and they expect things to improve.

And the administration says the site's crowded electronic "waiting room" is thinning out.

Experts say there's still time to fix any problems before the uninsured start getting coverage Jan. 1.
