Gov. Mead Will Delay Funding for Proposed New Office Building [AUDIO]

Wyoming Governor Matt Mead said he will delay spending $4.4 million set aside by the Wyoming Legislature for planning and design of a proposed new office building in Cheyenne. Wyoming wildlife officials say spawning of game fish in the state doesn’t appear to have been affected by an unusually warm and early spring. Doug Randall has the details.
