Golf Clubs, Motorcycle Helmet Stolen from Garage in Cheyenne

Cheyenne police are asking for the public's help in finding whoever burglarized a garage at a Cheyenne apartment complex last week.

Officer Kevin Malatesta says the burglary occurred in the 200 block of Walterscheid Avenue sometime between Feb. 14-16.

"They stole some golf equipment including a golf bag, a Mizuno JPX 900 club and a Titleist 3-iron," said Malatesta. "They also stole a (Bell) motorcycle helmet."

"There were other items taken as well, but these are the items that would kind of stand out if somebody's trying to sell it or pawn it," Malatesta added.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at (307) 638-TIPS. Callers will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.​
