A Wyoming Game and Fish Department spokesman says if state lawmakers reject a measure calling for increasing licensing fees in the upcoming session, it would mean a 20 percent cut in the agency's budget next year. The legislature's Joint Travel, Recreation, Wildlife and Cultural Resources Interim Committee endorsed the bill that would result in millions more in Game and Fish revenue.
