The Bureau of Land Management has scheduled a competitive coal lease sale for December 14th. Amy Richards has a report. Snowfall in the Cody area has caused bears to migrate to lower elevations, and at least one hunter in that area was recently attacked by a grizzly, although he suffered only minor injuries.
