The Redistricting Bill and the School Capital Construction Bill are on their way to Governor Matt Mead for his signature. The Budget Bill and the Abandoned Mine Lands Bill are in the hands of two conference Committees. The Senate passed a bill that would enhance the penalties for people convicted of their 4th DUI.
