Four more people were arrested recently on meth related conspiracy charges in Sweetwater and Sublette counties after an investigation that took several months.

Earlier this month, the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrests of a father-daughter pair, Robert L. Perry, age 68, and Tammra E. Perry, age 44, of Utah, after a drug-sting operation at a hotel in Rock Springs.

According to Sheriff Mike Lowell, follow up investigations by county detectives with the Sheriff’s Narcotics and Arrest Group (SNAAG) and detectives from Sublette County Sheriff’s Office have led to four more arrests. They Include the following:

Christina Marie Bittner, 37, of Rock Springs,

Thomas Lee Applegate, 56, of Rock Springs,

William Everett Shay, 46, of Rock Springs,

 Koy Dayleen Bernal, 49, of Reliance,

All four are charged with conspiracy to deliver meth. All the charges stem from alleged meth dealing  in or around Rock Springs and Pinedale.

In Wyoming, conspiracy to unlawfully deliver a controlled substance carries a maximum possible penalty of 20 years in prison, a $25,000 fine, or both.
