Bobby Holik was one of the toughest hockey players of his era. The two-time Stanley Cup winner and NHL All-Star has proudly called the Cowboy State home for nearly 25 years.

Born in the Czech Republic, Holik was drafted by the Hartford Wailers in 1989. During his 18-year NHL career, he scored more than 300 goals and logged over 1,400 minutes in the penalty box. These days, Holik is a different kind of sharpshooter. The avid outdoorsman is now an instructor, hunting guide, and spokesman for CZ-USA firearms.

Holik bought a horse ranch outside of Jackson in 1994, where he lived during the offseason. He officially became a United States citizen in 1996 and moved to Wyoming full-time following his retirement from hockey in 2009.

When he's not hunting and raising horses, Holik remains involved with youth hockey programs and has hosted several camps and clinics across the state.
