The former head of the Village Montessori School in Cheyenne is wanted in connection with three felony charges related to the theft of thousands of dollars from the school.

Cheyenne Police Chief Brian Kozak says the investigation into Teresa Meadowbrook began last summer after the new director took over the school's finances. The three counts include forgery, identity theft and grand larceny and each could carry a penalty of up to 10 years in jail or a $10,000 fine. Authorities believe Meadowbrook has left Cheyenne and may be in the Boston area.
