Former Army Ranger to Speak at Worker’s Safety Conference [VIDEO/AUDIO]

A delegation of scientists from China Shaanxi province will visit Wyoming this month as part of a joint U.S. -China Clean-Coal Research Project sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy and its Chinese counterpart. Amy Richards reports. The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services says U.S. Army Ranger veteran Sergeant Keni Thomas will give the keynote address titled, “Train as you fight, Fight as you train,” at the annual Wyoming Safety Conference to be held August 8th in Casper.
