Feds Ok TransCanada Pipeline to Go Full Pressure [AUDIO]

Federal investigators have allowed TransCanada to go full pressure on a new gas pipeline in northeast Wyoming that ruptured for reasons that are still aren’t entirely clear. Doug Randall has the story. State lawmakers are working on ways to reform the Juvenile Justice System in the state.
