A: They are located at 1530 Dorothy Lane, Cheyenne.

Q: Do you lease or rent your apartments?
A: Initially, they require a 3 month lease, and then a month-to-month lease thereafter.

Q: Is there a buy-in fee?
A: No. All Primrose apartments are based on a month-to-month lease basis. So if you ever need to make an internal move in Primrose, you don't have to worry about selling anything!

Q: How qualified is the Primrose staff?
A: The Primrose staff has years of experience in the senior living industry. They offer excellent care at an affordable price!

Q: What sets Primrose apart from other Assisted Living Communities?
A: Residents can also catch a flick in the movie theater, have an ice cream cone in the ice cream parlor, shoot a game of pool in the billiards room or enjoy a cocktail in the pub.

A licensed nurse is on staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and residents choose their own nursing services.

Free transportation is provided in the Primrose bus, a full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator ensures there is always something to do and their fantastic cook prepares excellent home cooked meals served 3 times per day.

Q: Do Independent Living residents have access to the Nurse in assisted living?
A: Yes, even though they are in Independent Living, they have access to their on-staff Nurse 24 hours a day.

Q: Do Independent Living residents have access to free scheduled transportation?
A: Yes.

A: Yes. They are a pet friendly community!
