The legislature’s Joint Corporations, Elections and Political Subdivisions Committee is scheduled to discuss several changes to state business regulations next week in Cheyenne. Strong energy production is boosting state finances, but officials warn the state will need the extra money as the federal stimulus program comes to an end. Amy Richards reports.
