Economist: Shutdown Impacted Construction [Audio]

The federal government shutdown had both immediate and long term consequences for the construction industry, according to a Chief Economist with the Associated Contractors of America. Montana's Attorney General says Wyoming water users are taking more than their share from the Yellowstone River Basin.
