Dyno Nobel Agrees to Pay $110,000 EPA Fine [AUDIO]

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency says Dnyo Nobel in Cheyenne has agreed to pay more than $110,000 for alleged Clean Air Act violations. Doug Randall has the details.
