A single vehicle rollover crash at 4:50 p.m. on September 12th resulted in the death of 28 year old Kasey A. Dunn of Douglas, Wyoming. Dunn was traveling south on WY 94, approximately six tenths of a mile south of Douglas. The truck Mr. Dunn was driving left the roadway into the southbound ditch at high speed while negotiating a left hand curve. After going into the ditch, the SUV tripped and rolled. It came to rest on the passenger side and Mr. Dunn, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle.

Mr. Dunn was initially transported from the scene by ground ambulance to Memorial Hospital of Converse County. Mr. Dunn died while he was being taken from MHCC to the Converse County airport to be flown by helicopter ambulance to Wyoming Medical Center in Casper.

Alcohol use and a possible medical condition are being investigated as contributing factors in the crash. This crash marked the 106th highway fatality in Wyoming for 2014.
