Currently, the term 'In God We Trust' is under fire from a California attorney and may possibly be removed from U.S. currency. He argues that the term is unconstitutional.

Michael Newdow, a Sacramento attorney who unsuccessfully sued the government over "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance, is back at it again.

On Monday, January 11, he filed the lawsuit in Akron, Ohio. There are about 41 plaintiffs in this case, which includes parents, children and atheists who believe that 'In God We Trust' is unconstitutional and violates the ideology of "separation of church and state."
