According to an official release from the Laramie Police Department, 18-year-old Jaydyn Blum was arrested on March 21st, in connection with a reported burglary that occured a few days before on the 1000 block of McCue in west Laramie.

Court paperwork states that officers responded to the WyoTech dormitories on Venture Drive just after 10 pm on March 21st.  According to an affidavit security officials for WyoTech said that other WyoTech students had accused Blum, also a student at the school, of burglarizing an apartment.

During the investigation, officers say that Blum gave permission for police to enter his room and pointed out items that had been stolen, which were arranged on Blum's bed.

The affidavit goes on to say that Blum told police that the items had been stolen from the McCue street residence.  The items stolen included a laptop computer, a video game console, a flat screen television, and various video games and accessories.
