The Department of Environmental Quality will host the first meeting of the Upper Green River Basin Advisory Task Force Tuesday evening. D-E-Q spokesman Keith Guille says a complex variety of factors, including emissions from the oil and gas industry, are believed to be the cause of the ozone issues.
