I thoroughly enjoy being a part of Rodeo on The Radio each year because of all the great people who stop by the broadcast booth at Cheyenne Frontier Days just to say hello. Sunday was one of those special days, as my friend Wyoming Congresswoman and former Miss Frontier, Cynthia Lummis came to visit us as she has for several years. Cynthia and I have known each other for many years and we grew up less than a half mile from each other. She always enjoys taking off the Washington suit and donning cowboy hat and boots and sitting in with Wayne Spencer and me for a few events calling the rides and giving her view of the rodeo and even a comment or two in between about the state of affairs in Washington.
