Cultural Sites in Wyoming Added to National Register [AUDIO]

Doug Randall reports that Standard and Poor’s rating service has lowered its long-term outlook for the United States’ sovereign debt to “negative” from “stable.” Two cultural sites on Bureau of Land Management land in Western Wyoming are being listed on the National Register of Historic places.
