CRMC Chooses Search Firm

The Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Committee chosen to find a new Chief Executive Officer for the hospital has chosen the national executive search firm Witt/Kieffer to recruit a new hospital head.

CRMC spokeswoman Kathy Baker says Witt/Kieffer has 40 years of experience in  recruiting healthcare executives. Baker says Witt/Kieffer will meet with CRMC board members, doctors and others within the next month to get more information on the type of CEO who is needed at CRMC. The recruitment process for a new hospital head is expected to take roughly 6-9 months.
