An Encampment, Wyoming woman died from injuries sustained in a crash last Wednesday evening on WY-130 near Saratoga.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol says a 1978 Ford pickup driven by a juvenile male was stopped on the highway waiting to make a left hand turn to a dirt road when the pickup was struck by a another pickup driven by 55 year old Carol Ann Cline of Encampment.

Cline, the juvenile driver of the Ford pickup and his two passengers, a juvenile female and 45 year old Deanne Barrett of Saratoga, were transported to the Memorial Hospital of Carbon County. While at the hospital, Carol Cline died of her injuries.

The patrol says alcohol use by Cline is being investigated as the contributing factor in the crash with other charges pending. The investigation continues.
