We caught up with Wyoming Cowgirl basketball Associate Head Coach Gerald Mattinson on Wyoming SportsLine to talk about the basketball off-season, recruiting, and upcoming youth summer camps!

Details on youth summer camps:

Head women’s basketball coach Joe Legerski announced that there is still space available for the 2016 summer camps. The Cowgirls will host an Individual Day camp and two team camps during the month of June.

The Individual Day Camp runs Friday-Saturday, June 24-25. All campers must be entering at least the 4th grade in the fall of 2016. This camp is for commuter campers only and the cost is $100. There is no room and board included.

There are two team camps also available this summer. The first will run from Sunday-Tuesday, June 19-21, while the second camp goes from Sunday-Tuesday, June 26-28. Teams eligible for the camp are 7th grade and up with a minimum of seven players per team. The cost for an overnight camper is $225, which includes room and board, or a commuter is $700 per team, which does not include room and board.
