Larry Nance Jr. scored 21 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as Wyoming regained sole possession of first place in the Mountain West Conference with a hard fought 70-65 triple-overtime win over Fresno State Saturday night..

Senior Guard Charles Hankerson Jr. hit a crucial three pointer with 14 seconds left in the third overtime to seal the win. Josh Adams added 16 points and Derek Cooke Jr. had 12 points and 15 rebounds for #25 Wyoming (16-3, 5-1 MWC).

The road win for the pokes followed the teams first conference loss of the season on Wednesday night as San Diego snapped a 13 home winning streak for Wyoming.

The Cowboys now have a week off before hosting New Mexico (12-5, 4-1 MWC) on January 24.
