Josh Adams scored 19 points to lead Wyoming to a 74-57 win over Utah State in Men's College Basketball action Saturday afternoon in Laramie.

Four Cowboys notched double figures as the pokes ran their season record to 14-7 and 5-3 in Mountain West Conference play. The Cowboys are 8-0 this season when holding opponents under 60 points. Wyoming was led by assistant coach Jeremy Shyatt, as head coach Larry Shyatt was ill on Saturday.

The Cowboys face a major test on Wednesday when they travel to Albuquerque to take on 17-4 New Mexico (8-1 MWC). The Lobos have won five straight, and "The Pit" in Albuquerque has traditionally been an especially tough venue for visiting teams.
