Couple Facing Charges In Forgery Case
Cheyenne Police have arrested two people over the past week in connection with a forgery investigation, according to police spokesman Dan Long.
He says 46 year old Tina Westover of Cheyenne was arrested Thursday morning on a felony theft charge. Her arrest came almost a week after police arrested her husband, 46 year old Troy Westover on 11 counts of forgery and and four counts of larceny by bailee.
Long says Cheyenne Police Detectives have been working the case for the past three years, investigating crimes that allegedly occurred between 2008 and 2012.
He says the Westovers were working for COPD Respiratory Services over that period, where they are accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the company.
Long says the investigation is continuing.
