Laramie County Coroner Marty Luna has scheduled a coroner's inquest in the case of a 13 year old Cheyenne resident who's body was found January 3 near the Union Pacific railroad tracks. Alex Frye had been reported missing by his father January 1. He was a Carey Junior High School student who was reportedly severely bullied by classmates.

Luna says a coroner's inquest includes a jury of three people who hear expert testimony. Luna says in this case the cause of death is not in dispute (a single bullet wound), but the manner of death is. The hearing is slated for April 16th at 9am in the Laramie County Commission hearing room. The hearing will be open to the public.
