Have you ever gotten lost in a corn maze?

It's that time of year again when those celebrating Halloween head to the pumpkin patches for carving material and get themselves lost in corn mazes on purpose.

There are several corn mazes you can find around the Cheyenne area, some south of the border in Colorado and one north of us on U.S. Highway 85.

Ellis' Harvest Home is on Highway 26, two miles west of Lingle or eight miles to the east of Ft. Laramie. They close for the season on Halloween, but are still open Friday, October 30, from 1 to 6 p.m. and Saturday, October 31, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. The cost is $10 for those 5 and older and anyone 4 and under get in free with an adult. Along with their corn maze, Ellis' Harvest Home also has corn boxes, a spider web, a petting zoo, tomato launchers and a corn cannon. Food and drinks are also available for purchase at their 'Red Barn Cafe.'

Fritzler's Farms Corn Maze is located about 7 miles south of Greeley on U.S. 85 near LaSalle, Colorado. Hours on Thursday, October 29, are from 5 to 9 p.m., on Friday, October 30, from 5 to 10 p.m. and they are open Saturday, October 31, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets can be purchased for as low as $13. Other activities offered include a Super Pumpkin Cannon, an ATV Mini Rollercoaster Barrel Train and corn boxes where you can bury yourself.

The Northern Colorado Corn Maze is east of Ft. Collins near Timnath. They are open Thursday, October 29, between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday, October 30 and 31, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Ticket prices are $18 for adults and $10 for kids 11 and older. They also offer a wide variety of other activities including Corn Chuckers, Bounce Houses, a Scavenger Hunt and Pedal Car Races.

Anderson Farms in Erie, Colorado also features a corn maze through November 1. They are located west of I-25 off exit 235 on Highway 52. Look for their giant pumpkin on top of their silo. They are open on Thursday, October 29, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday, October 30, between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. and Halloween from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. The cost is $10 per adult on Thursday and $13 for adults on Friday and Saturday. Other activities offered include Gourd Launching, Gem Stone Mining and feeding farm animals.

The Colorado mazes all offer haunted versions too if you feel like getting scared.
