Congressional Delegation Opposes U.N. Arms Trade Treaty [AUDIO]

Wyoming's Congressional delegation continues to oppose the United Nation's Arms Trade Treaty that Secretary of State John Kerry signed in late September. Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill released a mandated report on the state of education in Wyoming.
