City Park Gets Upgrades Thanks to Menards Construction

The construction of the new Menards store on the corner of Windmill Road and Dell Range will include many improvements to Cahill Park including: new roads, a new underpass beneath Dell Range, a new parking lot and a new soccer field. Cheyenne Parks and Recreation Director Rick Parrish says the improvements would have cost the city about 2-3 million dollars. Parrish says the improvements should be completed by sometime in May.
