City of Cheyenne Offers Free Wood Chips

In celebration of Earth Day, the City of Cheyenne is giving away single-grind wood chips.

This Tuesday through Saturday, residents can stop by the City’s Compost Facility at 3714 Windmill Road and get their free pickup load of mulch.

The Compost Facility is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed Sunday and Monday.

Anyone with questions is asked to call the Sanitation Division at (307) 637-6440.
