Justice Kite: Hill Decision Creates Challenge for the Legislature [AUDIO]

In her State of the Judiciary speech to the Wyoming Legislature Monday, Wyoming Supreme Court Chief Justice Marilyn Kite acknowledged that the court's decision in the Superintendent of Public Instruction case has created concern and challenges for the legislature. The Wyoming Main Street Program is offering travel scholarships to the National Main Streets Conference in Michigan in May.
