Wondering where to find artists and their works in Cheyenne?

The monthly indoor art tour in downtown Cheyenne on Thursday features many of the areas finest artists and crafts people and expands to 14 venues for the month of November.

Art, Design and Dine begins at 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 13, and runs until 8 p.m. This will be their largest tour yet, featuring 14 Cheyenne venues.

Part of the tour will be a jewelry show at the Iron Sharpens Iron Studio & Gallery, 5807 Sunset Drive, showcasing 5 local jewelers in an artists' reception. The jewelers are:

  • Tracy Clark
  • Sandra Bordson
  • Dave Rowswell
  • Nanci Sanford
  • Amy Mahaffy

Food featured in this month's Taste of the Tour includes:

  • The Peaks Cafe II at Clay, Paper, Scissors
  • Cottage Catering at the Cheyenne Artists' Guild
  • Candy Apple Creations by Tracy Flock at the Flydragon Design Studios

An Art Party will be held at the Hynds Building downtown from 6:30-9 p.m. to round out the evening. Enjoy the vibrant landscapes of Kevin Robinett while listening to the music of Harriman Exit.

The Cheyenne Civic Center is also on the Art, Design and Dine tour, featuring 'Wyoming Dreams,' works by Lynn Newman. Stop by and meet her at her artist's reception between 5 and 8 p.m

Also part of the tour will be the works of Wyoming photographer Jerry Geist on display at FrameMaster.

This will be the second to last Art, Design & Dine for 2014, always held on the second Thursday of the month, and it's all free and open to the public.
