Cheyenne Woman’s Case Upheld by Colorado Supreme Court [AUDIO]

The Colorado Supreme Court has upheld a nearly $10 million dollar award to a Wyoming truck driver, who said she slipped and fell on grease while delivering to a Walmart in Greeley. Doug Randall has the details. Maverik Inc. has agreed to pay $115,000 dollars to settle a federal lawsuit that alleged the company improperly fired a HIV positive clerk in Wyoming.
