A great place to find locally grown produce and home-made products from around the region is the Cheyenne Tuesday Farmers Market held 3 to 6:30 p.m. in the Frontier Mall parking lot west of Sears.

Each Tuesday through October 13, the Cheyenne Tuesday Farmers Markets bring together vendors and shoppers from around the area to buy and sell a wide variety of products made, grown and produced fresh locally. The markets run from 3 to 6:30 p.m. and are set up on the Sear's end of Frontier Mall with plenty of parking.

Some of the products you'll find at the Tuesday Farmers Markets include:

  • home-made jams
  • local honey
  • farm fresh eggs and cheese
  • fresh breads and baked goods
  • sauces and salsas
  • local meats
  • Natural and organic body care
  • Bison fiber crafts

This is the season for farmer's markets. Several different markets are offered around the Cheyenne area:

  • South Cheyenne Farmers Market, Outlaw Saloon parking lot, 312 S. Greeley Hwy. 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sundays.
  • Community Action of Laramie County Cheyenne Farmers Market, Depot Plaza, downtown Cheyenne. 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturdays.
  • Farmers Market, Frontier Mall parking lot. 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Near J.C. Penney end. Saturdays.
