Cheyenne Tip-A-Cop Fundraiser Starts June 23

Members of Laramie County law enforcement agencies and Special Olympics athletes will be serving tables and take tips at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Cheyenne from June 23 through June 25.

According to Mike Fernandez of the Cheyenne Police Department, 100 percent of the ''special tips" raised during the three-day fundraiser will go to help local athletes compete in the Special Olympics games.

Fernandez says you can also donate 10 percent of your bill to the Special Olympics by showing the Tip-A-Cop flyer to your server or to-go attendant.
