Cheyenne Police Chief Brian Kozak says that agency is making a special effort to catch drugged drivers, especially those who may have gotten behind the wheel after smoking marijuana.

Kozak says so far 40 Cheyenne Police officers have received special training in recognizing people under the influence of drugs, especially marijuana. Kozak says the training is in response to the legalization of pot in Colorado.

The chief says ''if you drive high in Cheyenne you're going to get a DUI, that's for sure".
